Job summary

Provision Living, LLC invites compassionate individuals to join our care team as a Resident Assistant. You will assist residents with daily living activities, promote independence, and respect privacy while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility and transportation within the community, responding to alarm calls, delivering meals, light housekeeping, and supporting a respectful, warm environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA and First Aid certification preferred.
• 0-2 years of prior care experience preferred.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to read and follow general directives.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Escort to dining and activities; respond to calls.
• Provide privacy and dignity while supporting independence.
• Help with meals, housekeeping, and laundry as needed.
• Cross-train across departments and support other tasks.
• Perform duties as assigned by management.
