Job summary

Colorow Care Center seeks a Resident Assistant to support daily living activities for residents in a compassionate, respectful manner. You will assist with ADLs, document observations, and follow care plans under supervision, ensuring safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care to residents (ADLs) with professionalism and respect.
• Attend to residents' personal care needs promptly and follow care plans.
• Document and report care provided and resident observations.
• Take vital signs and assist with lifting/transfer as needed within policy.
