Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws; CPR preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist residents.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristband or photo ID.
• Record entries accurately and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain resident comfort and assist with daily living activities.
• Protect resident privacy and confidential information.
• Escort residents, prepare rooms, and assist with transfers.
