Job summary

San Antonio West Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a warm, supportive environment in San Antonio, TX.

You will identify residents, monitor conditions, document accurately, assist with activities of daily living, transport residents as needed, and maintain resident dignity and comfort while following facility policies and procedures. CPR may be preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA.
• CPR preferred.
• Ability to read and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents.
• Identify residents before procedures and document changes accurately.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts in a clear manner.
• Report accidents, incidents and changes in condition to supervisors.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable resident environment.
• Follow facility policies on privacy and confidentiality.
