Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services according to assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals using wristband or photo card.
• Adhere to authorized abbreviations when recording information.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts accurately.
• Ensure residents' rooms are ready for receiving residents (beds made, labels, etc.).
• Greet residents and escort them to rooms; introduce residents to roommates and staff as appropriate.
• Assist residents with daily feeding, hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any violations.
