Job summary

San Antonio North Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide routine nursing care to residents in a supportive environment.

You will assist with daily activities, document observations, and work with the nursing team to maintain dignity and comfort for residents. Prior CNA certification and CPR are preferred; expect on-site shifts and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active CNA license per state law.
• Strong ability to read, write, and follow care plans.
• Physical stamina for lifting and transferring residents; CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support with feeding, bathing, dressing, and mobility as directed.
• monitor and record vital signs and intake/output.
• Document care accurately and report changes to nursing staff.
• Ensure room cleanliness, safety, and comfort for residents.
• Protect resident privacy and adhere to HIPAA policies.
