Job summary

McKay-Creek-Assisted-Living is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide routine daily care to residents per their care plans. You will assist with activities of daily living, escort residents, and ensure comfort and safety in a warm, respectful environment.

You will observe residents, report changes to the Health and Wellness Director, and maintain strict confidentiality of protected health information while following facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Provide routine daily care and services per resident assessment and care plan.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and HIPAA compliance.
• Record all entries accurately in notes and incident reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Escort residents to rooms and meals; ensure comfort and safety.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to Health and Wellness Director.
