Job summary

McKay Creek Assisted Living seeks compassionate staff to provide exceptional resident care, focusing on daily living activities and safety. Experience with ADLs is preferred, with confidentiality and teamwork emphasized.

You will use PCC to ensure accurate resident information, observe changes, document properly, assist with meals and transfers, and support mobility while maintaining a respectful environment. This role requires warmth, collaboration with nursing staff, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with activities of daily living is preferred.
• Experience not required.
• Must maintain resident confidentiality and follow facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Use PCC to ensure correct resident information when assisting with ALDS, meals, etc.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to Health and Wellness Director.
• Record entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports.
• Greet residents and escort them to their room.
• Make beds as instructed and keep rooms tidy.
• Assist residents with daily functions and mobility as trained.
