Job summary

McKinley Park Care Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services per each resident's care plan. Qualifications

• Must possess a 10th grade education as minimum.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents using wristband or photo card before treatments.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Document entries on flow sheets and charts clearly.
• Maintain resident confidentiality of health information.
• Assist with transfers, room changes, and transportation as needed.
• Assist with meals, feeding, dental/mouth care, and hygiene.
• Ensure room ready for new resident (bed, name tags, kit).
• Observe and report skin integrity issues to prevent ulcers.
• Follow facility policies, safety rules, and exposure controls.

Education
