Qualifications

• Experience preferred, $18–$24/hour.
• High level of patient interaction and daily living activities support.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) and meals.
• Use PCC to verify resident information and document changes.
• Report changes to Health and Wellness Director promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality per policy.
• Greet residents, escort to rooms, and maintain a warm, safe environment.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and transfers as trained.
• Observe and report any health changes or incidents.
• Record data accurately in notes and logs.
