Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a Resident Services Assistant to provide personal care, housekeeping, laundry, meal services, and social activities, while supporting resident well-being in a home-like environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, reporting to the supervisor, ensuring infection control, and helping orient new staff; CPR/First Aid certification preferred; 18–24 months experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position (18–24 months preferred).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must meet in-service training requirements.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident services including personal care, housekeeping, laundry.
• Assist with meals and social-recreational activities.
• Report to supervisor and communicate changes in resident status.
• Maintain infection control and safety procedures.
• Support independence and home-like environment for residents.
• Record and relay resident information as required.
