Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supports dignity, privacy, independence, and home-like environment for Residents.
• Receives and gives report from the previous shift.
• Reviews assignments with Designated Supervisor.
• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living (ADL) and mobility.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals, and cleanup.
• Provides services per Resident service plans, including bathing and toileting assistance.
• Demonstrates infection control procedures adherence.
• Maintains clean, safe environment for Residents and staff.
• Notifies nurse or designated agents of status changes.
