Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess, at minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and procedures.
• Ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedures clearly.
• Must be a licensed CNA; CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments using wristband/photo card.
• Report changes in condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
• Assist with lifting, positioning, and transfers as needed.
• Keep resident rooms clean, stocked, and safe at all times.
• Assist with meals, personal care, and daily activities.
