Job summary

Bay Pointe Nursing Pavilion is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver routine nursing care based on each resident's assessment and care plan. You will identify residents before procedures, report changes to nurses, and assist with daily activities, ensuring comfort and dignity on every shift.

As part of a compassionate team, you will maintain room readiness, protect resident privacy, and support transfers and daily routines, contributing to a calm and respectful care

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th grade education required.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in care plans and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care following the resident care plans.
• Identify residents with wristbands or photo cards before any treatment or meal service.
• Report any changes in a resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as directed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and documents.
• Help prepare residents for medical tests and treatments as needed.
