Job summary

Pleasanton North Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily care in a respectfully supervised setting. You will perform routine nursing tasks, assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and comfort, while ensuring safety and privacy according to care plans.

Responsibilities include accurately documenting observations, reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, and maintaining clean, organized patient spaces.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general procedures or regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents as per care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments and document changes.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts accurately and descriptively.
• Report all accidents, incidents, and changes in resident condition to supervisor.
• Assist residents with daily functions including meals, hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
