Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or a Social Services field required.
• Child welfare or case management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to meet deadlines, handle pressure, and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management, social work, counseling, and coordinate referrals.
• Care for unaccompanied children assigned to cases and ensure safety.
• Coordinate intake and initial placement for new referrals and attend court hearings.
• Maintain case notes in MiSACWIS and comply with regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
