Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children who have autism or developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior plans under a BCBA to help improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with families to ensure the consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in their daily living activities (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
