Key Autism Services is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We’re seeking compassionate, reliable team members who want to grow their careers while making a meaningful impact in families’ lives.

Our team offers supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to help you succeed. As an RBT, you will deliver ABA therapy, collect data, and follow treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months of ABA experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
