Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Georgia is hiring a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will support BCBA-designed plans and help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage with children and adolescents.
• Background in special education or behavioral health is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure the consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in their daily living activities (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
