Big Dreamers ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children with autism and developmental disabilities under supervision by a BCBA. You will implement intervention plans, collect data, and support families in applying strategies at home and in daily activities.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, collaboration with the team, and ongoing professional growth in ABA techniques. In-person work with options for flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure the consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in their daily living activities (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
