Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-developed intervention plans to improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA therapy, data collection, and collaboration with families to ensure consistency. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress via data collection.
• Assist in development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent application of strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in daily living activities (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
