Job summary

Applied ABC in Rochester, NH is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs), provide direct one-on-one or classroom therapy, collect and record data, and communicate progress with teachers and staff.

A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred, and RBT certification is required or in progress.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required or in progress.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Experience in an educational setting and crisis behavior management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the BCBA’s supervision.
• Provide direct one-on-one or classroom ABA therapy.
• Assist students in engaging and participating in class.
• Collect and record data on client progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Communicate progress with teachers, BCBAs, and other staff.
