Job summary

Applied ABC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work under the supervision of a BCBA in the Meredith, NH area. The role involves providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

You will implement BIPs, deliver direct therapy, and help students engage in class while collecting progress data and coordinating with teachers and staff. The position runs 8:00am–3:00pm on a full-time schedule with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field (preferred).
• Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in an educational setting.
• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans.
• Experience with crisis behavior management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one or classroom therapy.
• Assist students in appropriately engaging and participating in class.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with teachers, BCBAs, and other staff regarding client progress and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
