Job summary

Acclimate ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will follow BCBA-created treatment plans, collect data, and document progress through detailed notes. Join a team focused on collaborative care and clinical excellence.

The ideal candidate holds an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and demonstrates compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills to support clients and families effectively.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.

• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during sessions to track progress.
• Write clear session notes documenting outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning.
