Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will implement BCBA-created treatment plans, collect data, and document progress with clear notes.

Collaborate closely with supervisors, peers, and families to support skill development and client outcomes. Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certificate, a high school diploma, and demonstrate strong organization, communication, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Compassionate, professional demeanor and patient communication.
• Reliable transportation to client locations and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work with supervisors, peers, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during sessions to track progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning.
