A behavioral therapy organization in Las Vegas is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. This role involves implementing behavior intervention plans under a BCBA's supervision, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with care teams. Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT credentials through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Some employers prefer coursework or a degree in psychology, education, or related fields.
• Prior experience with individuals with autism or in ABA therapy is often preferred, but training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA and follow treatment protocols with fidelity.
• Collect detailed data on client behavior and skill acquisition during sessions.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and behavior records.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, families, and other staff to support client goals.
• Attend team meetings and supervision sessions with BCBAs as required.
