Mindcolor Autism in Colorado is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement ABA techniques to teach functional communication, social skills, and coping strategies while collaborating with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid RBT Certification is required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification is required or completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and written protocols.
• Maintain accurate session data and progress notes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and teammates to support client goals.
• Engage caregivers to reinforce strategies at home and in the community.
• Attend ongoing training and competency milestones.
