Mindcolor Autism is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will help clients build functional communication, social skills, and coping strategies using ABA techniques.

We emphasize collaboration with caregivers and a compassionate team, with structured growth opportunities and ongoing training. This is an on-site role at our Wisconsin centers, with benefits and career advancement potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification must be completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Spend majority of time (about 80%) one-on-one or in small groups with clients to build skills and confidence.
• Approximately 20% of time for session notes, documentation, and related tasks.
• Follow individualized plans created by a BCBA and implement written protocols.
• Participate in training and achieve competency milestones to apply ABA principles.
• Use evidence-based behavior management strategies and respond safely in challenging situations.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisor and teammates to support each child’s progress.
• Accurately collect and input data to inform treatment decisions.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions with clients and families.
• Arrive on time and provide reliable support during center hours.
• Assist with material preparation and maintain a safe, clean learning environment.
