Job summary

Mindcolor Autism in Las Vegas is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You’ll teach functional communication, social skills, and coping strategies, helping children reach their goals in a compassionate, collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid RBT Certification is required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification must be completed within 30 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation to on-site location is required.
• Strong communication, reliability, and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Spend the majority of time 1:1 or in small groups with clients to build skills.
• Record session notes and documentation to maintain quality care.
• Follow individualized plans created by a BCBA and implement written protocols.
• Participate in training and meet competency milestones.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors and teammates to support each child’s progress.
• Arrive prepared to start sessions on time and provide consistent support.
• Assist with materials, maintain a safe learning environment, and contribute to team culture.
