Responsibilities

• Administer medications and observe residents for proper ingestion or application.
• Monitor residents for responses to medications and report any adverse reactions.
• Take and record vital signs as needed.
• Document instances of missed medications and reasons why.
• Assist as a CNA when needed to support resident care.
