Pilgrim Manor in Plymouth, IN is seeking a dedicated Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to join our skilled nursing facility. You will support resident care and medication administration with accuracy and compassion.

Responsibilities include verifying resident identity, administering medications, recording details, monitoring responses, taking vital signs, and assisting as a CNA when needed. A comprehensive benefits package supports your wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) program.
• Successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Verify resident identity prior to medication administration and accurately record medication details (drug, dosage, time).
• Administer medications and observe residents for proper ingestion or application.
• Monitor residents for responses to medications and report any adverse reactions.
• Take and record vital signs as needed.
• Document instances of missed medications and reasons why.
• Assist as a CNA when needed to support resident care.
