Job summary

OPS Living is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to administer medications and provide direct resident care in Indiana. You will collaborate with nurses, caregivers, pharmacies, and families to support resident wellness and safety.

Ideal candidates hold an active QMA certification in Indiana and, if required, a CNA certification. Excellent observation, communication, and teamwork are essential to deliver compassionate, person-centered care every day.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Indiana Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) certification in good standing.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification may be required by state regulations.
• Strong understanding of medication administration practices and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely according to physician orders and company policies.
• Follow Indiana Five Rights of Medication Administration and state regulations.
• Observe residents for medication effects and report changes promptly to the nurse.
