Job summary

Green Lea Senior Living is hiring a dependable PRN Resident Assistant at The Meadows of Mabel. You’ll help residents with daily living and companionship on an as-needed basis, covering a mix of shifts when the community needs extra support. Training is provided for this entry-level healthcare role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Entry-level healthcare role; training provided
• CNA or HHA certification preferred but not required
• Ability to work varying shifts and pick up shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility while supporting independence and dignity
• Build real relationships with residents and offer companionship and emotional support
• Watch for changes in residents' health and report concerns to the nursing staff
• Encourage residents to join social activities and help build a sense of community
• Keep resident spaces clean, safe, and comfortable
