Green Lea Senior Living is seeking a dependable PRN Resident Assistant for The Meadows of Mabel in Mabel, MN. You will assist residents with daily activities and provide companionship on an as-needed basis, covering varying shifts as the community needs support.

This entry-level role includes paid training; 18+ required with flexibility to pick up shifts, including evenings. Competitive pay and a supportive team are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred, but not required.
• Entry-level role with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and maintain dignity.
• Build relationships and provide companionship and emotional support.
