Job summary

The Meadows of Mabel – Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, MN is hiring a dependable PRN Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living and companionship on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor residents' health and report concerns to nursing staff.
• Encourage residents to join social activities and help build a sense of community.
• Keep resident spaces clean, safe, and comfortable.
