Green Lea Senior Living is seeking a dependable PRN Resident Assistant to support residents in daily living and companionship at The Meadows of Mabel in Mabel, MN. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training, evening shift differential, and flexible shifts to fit around other commitments.

You'll help residents with activities, monitor well-being, and report concerns to nursing staff. Training is provided, and applicants hearing back quickly is common. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Entry-level healthcare role with on-the-job training.
• Availability to work varying shifts and pick up shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred, but not required. We\'ll train you.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility while supporting independence.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Watch for changes in residents\' health and report concerns to nursing staff.
• Encourage residents to participate in social activities and community events.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident spaces.
