Job summary

The Meadows of Mabel in Minnesota is hiring a dependable PRN Resident Assistant to assist residents with daily living needs and companionship on an as-needed basis. This entry-level role offers on-site training and flexible shifts to fit your schedule while providing a supportive team environment.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.75 per hour with experience credit and a $1/hour evening shift differential. Most applicants hear back within 48 hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred, but not required. This is an entry-level role, and we’ll train you.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Monitor residents for changes in health and report concerns to nursing staff.
• Encourage participation in social activities and help build a sense of community.
• Keep resident spaces clean, safe, and comfortable.
