Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care under supervision using team-based approach.
• Prepare and room patients, obtain vital signs, document history and screenings.
• Review and update medication lists in the EHR and prepare for orders.
• Perform back-office testing per AHN protocols and policies.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
• May serve as a scribe with appropriate training.
• Provide follow-up communication per provider instructions.
