Responsibilities

• Conduct preneed and at-need family meetings in a professional, organized, and caring manner.
• Present and explain funeral options, ensuring families make informed decisions.
• Complete contracts, applications, and vital records with accuracy and compliance.
• Obtain signatures, collect initial payments, and establish payment plans.
• Maintain preneed files with contracts and correspondence.
• Enter appointments, leads, and outcomes into CRM timely.
• Coordinate with funeral home leadership for a seamless family experience.
