Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct preneed and at-need family meetings with a professional, organized, and caring approach.
• Present and explain funeral, cremation, and memorial options to help families make informed decisions.
• Complete documentation and ensure compliance, including contracts and vital records.
• Obtain signatures, collect initial payments, and set up payment plans when applicable.
• Maintain accurate preneed and aftercare files and CRM entries.
• Generate leads through community outreach, seminars, and referrals.
• Coordinate appointments with funeral home leadership to ensure a seamless experience.
• Provide aftercare support and resources, maintaining ongoing family relationships.
