Job summary

Heritage Operating, LLC is seeking a Future Care Advisor in Struthers, OH to guide families through preneed and aftercare services. The role focuses on compassionate counseling, lead generation, and relationship-building with communities we serve.

You will educate families on options, coordinate programs, and maintain compliant records while collaborating with funeral home leadership to meet community and business goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate with compassion, empathy, and professionalism.
• Proven success in sales, relationship building, or customer service roles.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• CRM proficiency and CRM tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preneed and at-need family meetings in a professional, organized manner.
• Present funeral, cremation, and memorial options and help families make informed decisions.
• Complete all required documentation, including contracts and vital records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Obtain required signatures, collect initial payments, and establish approved payment plans when applicable.
• Maintain complete preneed files and CRM entries for pipeline reporting.
• Coordinate appointments with funeral home leadership to ensure a seamless family experience.
• Proactively generate leads through community engagement, referrals, and campaigns.
• Provide compassionate aftercare and follow-up with families, including resources.
