Job summary

Mercy Health in Irvine, KY, is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide skilled therapeutic interventions, document progress, and support the continuum of care across outpatient, inpatient, pediatrics, and off-site locations.

Under supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will monitor treatment responses, maintain records, and contribute to safety and infection control. BLS preferred; license in state required; full-time, days/evenings.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• BLS certification preferred; must be obtained within 30 days for certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Provides age-appropriate therapeutic interventions as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Maintains accurate records of treatment and patient progress.
• Maintains productivity without compromising quality.
• Precepts students in clinical settings.
• Follows safety, infection control, and timecard policies.
