• Board eligibility and mandatory continuing education related to acute stroke care.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients, families, caregivers, students and staff using effective teaching methods.
• Follow and adjust plan of care after communication with evaluating therapist.
• Complete daily documentation and ensure accurate therapy EMR entries.
• Coordinate with PT on patient interventions and communicate progress to referring provider.
