Responsibilities

• Greets customers courteously and professionally.
• Ensures all field phlebotomy and PSC specimens are collected accurately and on time.
• Explain venipuncture steps clearly to patients while reducing anxiety.
• Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required by test orders.
• Maintains accurate records in PathConnect and other systems.
• Performs electronic data entry and basic clerical duties.
