Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a courteous manner.
• Ensures all field phlebotomy and PSC specimens are collected accurately and on time.
• Explain venipuncture and specimen collection procedures clearly to patients.
• Label, centrifuge, and process specimens according to test orders.
• Maintain required PSC/IOPST logs and documentation.
• Perform electronic data entry and verify patient information.
