Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in home care or healthcare.
• CNA/HHA/PCA training or certification preferred.
• Willingness to comply with legal and institutional guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance and companionship to clients.
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
• Assist with medication reminders and documentation of client progress.
• Engage clients to promote safety and well-being.
• Communicate with team and respond to emergencies.
