Assisted Living Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our Connecticut home care team. We offer FT, PT, and per diem opportunities with flexible scheduling and weekend/evening shifts.

PCAs provide ADL support, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, and medication reminders, helping clients live safely at home. We provide training, PPE, and a supportive, safety‑mocused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or healthcare setting preferred.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active automobile insurance.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic domestic services (meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping).
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Change bed linens as needed.
• Support clients with daily activities based on their individual needs.
• Provide a caring, positive presence.
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations.
