Job summary

Assisted Living Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide in-home eldercare. The role supports clients with ADLs, companionship, mobility assistance, and daily tasks in a caring home setting.

Training and PPE are provided, with flexible weekend hours and hourly pay. Qualified candidates have at least one year in home care, a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and are bilingual in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a home care or healthcare setting.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to comply with all legal and institutional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic ADL support, meal prep, light housework and companionship.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal hygiene tasks.
• Remind clients to take medications and document progress.
• Respond promptly in emergencies and maintain client safety.
