Assisted Living Services, Inc. is a family-owned Home Care Agency serving Connecticut since 1996, seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team.

We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities with flexible scheduling based on your availability. As a PCA, you will assist clients with ADLs, provide companionship, aid with mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, all while delivering safe, confident care in clients' homes.

Qualifikationen

• CNA, HHA, PCA, or relevant caregiving experience preferred
• Flexible availability based on your schedule
• Weekend and evening availability is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience in home care or a healthcare setting preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Active automobile insurance
• Ability to comply with all agency policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

Aufgaben

• Provide basic domestic services (meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping)
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Change bed linens as needed
• Support clients with daily activities based on their individual needs
• Provide a caring, positive presence
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations
