Assisted Living Services, Inc. is a family owned Home Care Agency seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to support clients in their homes. Full-time, with options Sunday-Wednesday or Thursday-Saturday shifts, various 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am hours, flexible as needed.

You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, help with mobility and medications, and document client progress to ensure wellbeing. Training and PPE are provided for safety.

Qualifications

• Preferred availability Sunday-Wednesday or Thursday-Saturday with flexible hours.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in home care or healthcare.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Car insurance required.
• Willingness to comply with all legal and institutional guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic domestic services (meal prep, laundry, light housework).
• Provide companionship and engage in conversation with the client.
• Assist with mobility issues, helping client get in and out of bed, wheelchair, etc.
• Remind client to take medications.
• Help with personal hygiene (brushing teeth, toileting, bathing).
• Change bed linens regularly.
• Assist with all daily activities based on client needs.
• Provide a caring and positive presence for the client.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
